Pair it with Vietnamese and Thai food, white fish with lemon, tomatoes and red peppers or goats' cheese. Anorak fact: Saint-Bris is the only area of Burgundy where Sauvignon Blanc is allowed; almost all other white Burgundy is Chardonnay.
